Create Gifts for Seniors for Meals on Wheels-Blue Hill Plaza
Volunteers will make small gift bags for seniors living in Rockland County and receiving services from Meals on Wheels. Gift bags will have a nice warm fuzzy sock rolled up to look like a cupcake and placed in a decorated paper liner and then wrapped with ribbon and a gift tag. Volunteers will also Cards make handmade cards to go with the gift which will help brighten the day of a senior who is need of a little cheer. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old to participate in this event. This project is a part of 9/11: Serve + Remember.
