Learning Links Volunteers - Mount Kisco
Neighbors Link's Learning Links program is designed for high school volunteers to tutor elementary school students (grades 1-5) in reading and math. Volunteers help students complete their homework, participate in workshops, and play on the playground. This program takes place at Mount Kisco Elementary School every day from 3:15 to 5 p.m. and volunteers typically pick one day (or more) that they can come in consistently. Learning Links begins in October and runs through May.
This is the perfect opportunity for high school students who love learning, working with children, and who would like community service credit. A mandatory orientation will take place in September.
