2022 Fall Festival Helpers
Wartburg Adult Care Community is hosting its Annual Fall Festival featuring live music, boutique and community vendors, arts, and fun family activities. Enthusiastic volunteers are needed to assist with both pre-event setup as well as activities on the day of the event. This event is tented and it takes place rain or shine!
Volunteer shifts include:
- Friday, 9/23
- Event Set-Up (11 a.m.-2 p.m.): set up tables, chairs, and lawn and table signs
- Saturday, 9/24
- Event Set-Up (9 a.m.-11 a.m.): set up last-minute items and assist vendors
- Activity Volunteers (11 a.m.-4 p.m.): facilitate children's activities, serve as event guides, and help with concessions
- Clean-Up Crew (4 p.m.-5 p.m.): help with event breakdown
