Microgrants Coordinator
Westchester Jewish Coalition for Immigration (WJCI) is looking for a volunteer to help manage the microgrant program for its small but mighty refugee organization. The Microgrants Manager should have a knowledge of:
- Providing microgrants to fund refugee work
- Creating criteria for applicants who apply for microgrants
- Awarding microgrants to applicants
- Talking through weaknesses with applicants who are turned down initially
This position is also responsible for submitting quarterly reports to WJCI's grantors. The time commitment is about 5-10 hours per month. Professional and retired individuals with a passion for helping the refugee community are welcome. Express interest below!
