Clay Art Center is seeking professionals with human resources knowledge to join its Human Resources (HR) Committee. This committee, which is comprised of Clay Art Center board members and volunteers, meets as needed to provide the Executive Director with guidance on HR policies including hiring, benefits, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) training, employee handbook updates, and other HR concerns.
