Pro-Bono Immigration Attorneys
The United Community Center of Westchester (UCCW) provides resources for immigrants, low-income families, people experiencing homelessness, and anyone who is vulnerable to legal challenges. UCCW's accredited representatives aid in the process of filling all the USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) forms in addition to other assistance.
UCCW is looking for Volunteer Immigration Attorneys to provide free legal consultations for its clients in need of immigration services and resources, including naturalization, citizenship, DACA applications, visas, work authorizations, document translation from Spanish to English, and more; to advise clients on filling out the correct forms; and educating clients about the resources available to them. This is the perfect role for attorneys with experience in legal immigration.
Time commitment is once or twice per month for a couple of hours and the schedule is flexible based on the volunteer's availability. Volunteers should be bilingual (English/Spanish). Express interest below!
