2023 Build and Deliver Bunk Beds for Kids
Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP) is a national organization that mobilizes volunteers to build bunk beds for children who otherwise don't have reliable places to sleep. Sleep in Heavenly Peace's Rye Chapter (SHP - Rye), which serves communities from Port Chester to New Rochelle, is looking for enthusiastic, caring, and community-focused volunteers to join its team!
There are two types of volunteer opportunities:
- Bunk Bed Build Volunteers: volunteers help build bunk beds for kids—no experience necessary!
- Bunk Bed Delivery Volunteers: volunteers deliver and assemble bunk beds in homes for kids in need
