Tech Support Volunteer for Seniors
The Knolls independent living community is looking for volunteers to assist its senior residents with their technology challenges, including basic help with laptops, iPads, iPhones, printers, and on occasion resetting passwords or e-mail addresses. Tech Support Volunteers may also assist residents with contacting their providers in case of computer viruses or other issues.
The ideal volunteer is responsible and patient, loves working with seniors, and is able to commit to about 2-4 hours per week on a regular basis. The days can be flexible, but the volunteer activity would take place between 1-4 p.m. when residents are available.
This is the perfect opportunity for a college student, technology or IT professional, or tech-savvy retiree. Express interest below!
