2023 New Rochelle Summer Sizzle Concert Series
Volunteers are needed to support the City of New Rochelle's Summer Sizzle concert series bringing together a variety of world-class music, food, and drinks. Summer Sizzle Series Volunteers will help with event setup, support during the event, and assisting with event breakdown.
EVENT SETUP (1-3 p.m.)
- Chairs in front of stage
- Ticket area (scan/booth)
- Merchandise area
DURING THE EVENT (4-6 p.m., 5-7:30 p.m., 7-9 p.m.)
- Floaters (will assist with monitoring front/backstage areas)
- Using ticket scanner and issuing bracelets after ticket is validated
AFTER THE EVENT (9-10:30 p.m.)
- Removing chairs and placing them in storage
- Disassembling promo booths (if needed)
