2023 Fall Festival Volunteers
Join Wartburg Adult Care Community for its annual Fall Festival to kick off the autumn season on its beautiful 34-acre campus. Enthusiastic volunteers, groups, friends, and families are encouraged to help with the following roles:
Friday, September 29:
- Pre-Fest Setup (3:30-5:30 p.m.): arrange about 40 tables and 100 chairs in tents and benches in meadow
Saturday, September 30:
- Fest-Day Setup (8-10 a.m.): set up a balloon arc, pumpkin patch, flowers, and fall decorations
- Vendor Setup (8:30-11 a.m.): assist vendors with their table displays
- Children's Activities and Games (10 a.m.-3 p.m.): assist with family-friendly activities
- Concessions (10 a.m.-3 p.m.): assist with the concessions stand
- Event Breakdown and Cleanup (3-4 p.m.): assist with cleaning up after the event
