Community Events Researcher
A volunteer is needed to research community activities taking place around Westchester County that would be of interest to Lifting Up Westchester's adult clients. Activities to research may be related to housing, employment, mental health, and fun or free events.
Community Events Researcher requirements:
- Must be able to work independently to research and find information
- Must be tech-savvy and able to create PowerPoint slides for the shelter's HDTV
- Must be able to update these slides on an ongoing basis every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This is the perfect role for someone who is familiar with—or who has an eye for—identifying fun and interesting events around Westchester; who is interested in in-depth research; who is a mature self-starter; and who is dependable. Express interest below!
