2024 Youth Lobby Day
Join Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic for Youth Lobby Day! This event is open to young people ages 14-22 who are passionate about improving access to reproductive healthcare and abortion rights. Participants will meet at Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic's Elmsford office, then head to Albany together to meet with New York State elected officials and discuss legislative priorities, budget asks, and important issues relevant to reproductive rights and abortion access.
This is a great opportunity for youth to make their voices heard and participate in civic action. The group will leave for Albany at 7:15 a.m. and return later that same day. Bus transportation will be provided to and from Albany, along with a free boxed lunch. Youth participants MUST submit a signed permission slip prior to attending the trip; express interest below!
