Parent-Child Center Volunteers - New Rochelle
Twice a week, WJCS's New Rochelle Parent-Child Center transforms the gym at the Boys and Girls Club into an early learning program with activities for low-income families in New Rochelle. Volunteers are needed to help with setup and cleanup, to staff the program, and to help with arts and crafts activities.
Volunteer requirements:
- Must pass a background check
- Must be available on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. during the school year
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
