2024 STEM Tinkering Nights Volunteers

STEM Alliance is looking for high school- and college-aged volunteers (between ages 14 and 22) to assist elementary school children and their parents with building simple STEM-related crafts projects. No experience is needed—just an enthusiasm for helping young kids explore the joys of science, engineering, and math!

Volunteers will help distribute supply bins, hand out additional decorative materials, demonstrate models of the objects being built, and tidy up after the event. Volunteers who are fulfilling service requirements can receive an acknowledgement letter from STEM Alliance; please indicate if this is needed while communicating with the volunteer coordinator.

Registration for this opportunity ends 24 hours prior to the shift's start time. Volunteers should allow themselves time to find parking and arrive before they begin.
