2024 Music Tour Social Media Volunteers
RiverArts inspires Hudson River communities in lower Westchester County to come together through art. It strives to connect artists with audiences through exhibition, performance, conversation, and education. In its 9th year, the RiverArts Music Tour will take place on Saturday, June 1, 2024, (rain date June 2) throughout the Rivertown villages of Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on-Hudson, Irvington, Sleepy Hollow, and Tarrytown. Music from over 250 performers will fill backyards, gardens, village businesses, churches, community centers and open green spaces on the banks of the Hudson River. It’s the largest, family-friendly, free event for music lovers in lower Westchester County and truly offers something for everyone—from classical and jazz to folk, rock, alternative, urban and world music.
Volunteers with social media experience are needed to help make the RiverArts Music Tour a success by creating promotional content on social media platforms. Volunteers can post prior to the event date as well as posting videos of the performances on the day of venues.
Students can receive community service credits for this volunteer activity. Express interest below!
