2024 Artists in Residence Opening Reception
Clay Art Center is celebrating the exhibitions of three talented artists with an opening reception, and it needs volunteers to assist!
Volunteers are needed for the following shifts:
- Thursday, June 20
- 10 a.m.-2 p.m.: Checklist/Coordinator Volunteer
- 11 a.m.-4 p.m.: Cleaning Shelves Volunteers
- Friday, June 21
- 10 a.m.-2 p.m.: Food and Beverages Shopper
- 10 a.m.-2 p.m.: Food and Beverages Shopper
- Saturday, June 22
- 5-6 p.m.: Food and Drink Prep Volunteers
- 5-6 p.m.: Outdoor Setup Volunteers
- 5:15-5:45 p.m.: Outdoor Gallery Door Cleanup Volunteer
- 6-7 p.m.: Reception Greeters
- 6-7 p.m.: Studio Tour Guides
- 6-7 p.m.: Refreshment Volunteers
- 6-7 p.m.: Front Desk Support
- 7-8 p.m.: Reception Greeters
- 7-8 p.m.: Studio Tour Guides
- 7-8 p.m.: Refreshment Volunteers
- 7-8 p.m.: Front Desk Support
- 8-8:30 p.m.: Cleanup Volunteers
- Monday, June 24
- 11 a.m.-4 p.m.: Residual Cleanup Volunteers
