Girls on the Run Hudson Valley is seeking volunteers to help with its fall 5K. Volunteers are needed for the following roles:
- Registration
- Hydration Station
- Course Support and Cheer Squads
- Finish Line
- Photographers
All roles take place at the same time; please express interest in ONE shift below.

Age Minimum (with Adult): 14+, Minimum Age:16+
