Board Member (Secretary)
The Phoenixx Phoundation provides support and grant assistance for college students whose families have been affected by cancer in order to succeed during their higher education experience. The Phoenixx Phoundation is seeking Board Members with experience as a secretary of a nonprofit to help support this mission.
Board Secretary responsibilities:
- Attend all board meetings, which are held virtually every three months
- Create the board meeting minutes and share with all board members
- Monitor the organization's inbox and correspond with the Board President and Vice President about various events
- Collect applications and all supporting documents from the students served and submit these documents to the Vice President and other board members to be processed
- Serve at least a 3-year term
