Office Coordinator
Latino U College Access (LUCA) empowers first-generation Latino students on their journeys to and through college so they can fulfill their remarkable potential. LUCA is seeking a volunteer Office Coordinator to assist in its office 2-3 days a week (totaling 4-6 hours per week). Volunteers can choose to assist on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Operations Manager and Executive Director
- Coordinate meetings, including technology, logistics, and food
- Order supplies
- Conduct travel arrangements
- Send calendar invites
- Assist with onboarding new-hires
- Create and update presentation materials
- Support Human Resources with administrative items
- Coordinate candidates' on-site interviews
- Support with ad-hoc projects for all operations
Qualifications:
- Outstanding computer skills, including Microsoft and Google programs and applications
- Ability to work on-site for 2-3 days a week for a total of 4-6 hours a week
- Organized and good at handling details
- Enjoy working with people
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Agile
