2025 Black History Month Event Volunteers
The Westchester Martin Luther King, Jr. Institute for Nonviolence is seeking volunteers to help make its Black History Month program, "Forgotten Roots: African American Muslims in Early America," a success! This event is hosted in partnership with the American Muslim Women's Association.
Volunteers are needed for the following roles:
- Welcome Ambassadors: greet guests and provide event information
- Material Distributors: hand out flyers and other event materials
Volunteers will become part of an important event honoring Black History Month while supporting a meaningful collaboration between local organizations. Express interest in one or more shifts below!
