2023 Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown Compost Giveback Day

Volunteers are needed to help the Environmental Advisory Councils of Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow with its Compost Giveback Day! Volunteers will distribute free compost to members of the 10591 community who will be bringing up to two empty buckets or bags to fill up. Volunteers will sign in participants, answer questions, help participants to their cars, and complete other duties as needed. No experience is necessary and community service hours will be awarded. This is a great opportunity to meet people and interact with other environmentally minded community members!
