grow! Lincoln Park Community Garden

grow! Lincoln Park Community Garden was established in 2011 as an organic, sustainable legacy garden as part of the 50-year commemoration by the New Rochelle School District of the Lincoln Elementary School desegregation case of 1961. Our mission is to repurpose the site of the former elementary school site and provide a green space for the community to come together to learn about organic gardening, healthy eating, the environment, and sustainability. Another goal of grow! Lincoln Park Community Garden is to grow and provide fresh vegetables, free-of-charge, to soup pantries and families with limited resources.
