Partners Health Plan

Partners Health Plan is the first nonprofit health plan designed specifically for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The PAL Program was created in order to discover the passions and interests of members involved with the plan, and help to link them to a community or other people who can help to fulfill those passions and interests. The PAL Program believes that making friendships should be a natural, organic process for people with IDD, the same way it is for people without.
