Central Westchester Audubon Society

Central Westchester Audubon Society (CWAS) serves the communities of Elmsford, Greenburgh, Harrison, Purchase, Rye, Rye Brook, Port Chester, and White Plains. Our mission is to educate the community about birds and engage in activities that support birds in their natural environment. We host bird walks, book discussions, educational programs and distribute a bimonthly newsletter. We also engage in various school-related programs, which have included education and scholarships for summer camps related to conservation and ecology.
