Yonkers Downtown Waterfront Business Improvement District

The purpose of the Yonkers Downtown Waterfront Business Improvement District is to promote economic and community development through programs designed to improve the physical appearance and economic vitality of the downtown/waterfront area. The Business Improvement District encourages the construction, installation, maintenance and operation of capital or general improvements in the Yonkers Downtown Waterfront Business Improvement District area.
