Retired Educators Consulting Service

The Retired Educators Consulting Service of New Rochelle, NY (RECS) was founded in 1991 by teachers taking a workshop in life planning for retirement. Wishing to continue their service to children and involvement in education, these retirees joined together to extend and enrich educational activities and school programs in New Rochelle.
