WestCOP - Eastchester Community Action Partnership

Eastchester Community Action Partnership (ECAP) is a component of WestCOP whose mission is to mobilize and efficiently manage resources through partnerships and collaborations that will assist the low-income and at-risk populations in the Tuckahoe, Eastchester, and Bronxville areas, thus achieving greater self-sufficiency. We have both English and Spanish speaking employees.
