Putnam County SPCA

The Mission of the Putnam County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Inc., is to actively enforce the animal cruelty statutes of the State of New York (and all NYS laws), provide shelter and veterinary care to animals seized pursuant to arrest by officers of the PCSPCA, provide Humane Education to schools and other interested groups and to be a leader in animal issues in Putnam County.
