Incorporated in 1996, CHOICE of New Rochelle’s mission is to help restore dignity to all who walk through our doors. We are an impactful non-profit, based on a peer methodology, that assists consumers with serious mental and chronic physical health challenges receive vital benefits for day to day living. Our mission is achieved by providing an array of care management services including homeless outreach, peer advocacy, community referrals, benefits advocacy, housing placement, recidivism reduction, mentoring and vocational services. CHOICE has offices in New Rochelle, White Plains, the Bronx and Peekskill and we serve approximately 4,000 people annually. While the demand for our services continues to increase, we offer our services to consumers at no cost and do not turn anyone away.
