Yes She Can

Yes She Can is dedicated to helping young women with autism and related social and learning disabilities develop transferable job skills and workplace social skills through authentic work experience.  Our curriculum and expert coaching provide the foundation to enable them to gain and sustain employment and build careers in the competitive job market. We operate Girl AGain, a resale boutique for American Girl dolls where we teach a full range of business skills such as retail operations, marketing, inventory management, customer service, and sales. Our clinical professionals coach trainees on social skills, self-advocacy, and emotional regulation. Our goal for our trainees is to become employed in local businesses, with or without ongoing support. Through customer interactions at Girl AGain, we create awareness of the need for employment opportunities and inclusion in the workforce for people with autism.
